Engagement

A strategic problem should be bounded before it is solved.

Aurion runs a bounded diagnostic engagement around one consequential situation. ClarityOS powers the diagnosis. Aurion provides the human and organizational layer: evidence design, stakeholder challenge, reconciliation and intervention judgment.

Evidence requirements

Useful evidence includes decision histories, initiative artifacts, escalation patterns, incentive structures and stakeholder accounts from more than one vantage. A single-perspective intake can produce a structured first hypothesis. High-stakes diagnosis requires challenge and reconciliation.

Stakeholder participation

Interviews must include relevant lever-holders. An unavailable stakeholder may be recorded as a blind spot rather than filled by inference. Disagreement is treated as potential missing data.

Six-stage process

Deliverables

The client receives a clear executive brief. Typical contents include the fact ledger, contradiction register, regenerating mechanism, primary diagnosis, competing hypothesis, missing evidence, leverage point, intervention sequence and validation signals.

Timeline and scope

Duration depends on complexity and stakeholder access. The initial structural analysis is fast. Evidence collection and validation determine engagement length. Scope is determined by the decision at stake, number of perspectives, evidence volume and depth of validation required.

Validation and sensing

Signals are defined so leadership can determine whether the intervention changed the diagnosed mechanism—or whether the read must be revised.

Client responsibilities

Provide access to relevant sources and lever-holders, name the decision at stake and remain willing to challenge the model with evidence rather than protect the first convenient explanation.

Confidentiality and data handling

Organizational material is handled as confidential engagement evidence. Processing details are described in the privacy notice. Specialist legal, financial, clinical or regulatory judgment remains outside scope.
