How inquiry data is handled

This notice describes intended practices for information submitted through the contact form and for site telemetry. It is not a claim of complete regulatory certification.

What is collected via the contact form

When you submit a diagnostic inquiry, Aurion processes the fields you provide: name, work email, organization, role, current situation, desired outcome, what appears to be blocking progress, and optional notes on deadlines and stakeholders. A consent confirmation is required. A honeypot field may be used to reduce automated spam; it is not used for analysis of legitimate submissions.

Purpose

Contact data is used to assess fit for a diagnostic engagement, to reply to the inquiry, and to keep a minimal record of the exchange. It is not sold, and it is not used for mass marketing sequences.

Trackers and analytics

By default, this site does not load hidden advertising trackers or third-party behavioral pixels. Analytics are included only when explicitly configured through environment variables for the deployment. If analytics are not configured, page-level measurement beyond ordinary server logs should not be assumed.

Retention and your rights

Inquiry records are retained only as long as needed for fit assessment, follow-up and ordinary business record-keeping, then deleted or archived with reduced access where practical. You may request access, correction or deletion of contact-form data by emailing j.kopczinski@auriondynamics.com. Responses will be handled in good faith; this site does not yet implement a full automated rights portal or claim comprehensive GDPR compliance tooling.
