These terms govern use of this website and describe the nature of services Aurion Dynamics offers. They are restrained by design: the binding commercial terms of any engagement are set in a separate agreement.
Diagnostic nature of services
Aurion provides structural organizational diagnostics and related intervention judgment. Work is evidence-scoped. Outputs are causal arguments and decision support—not guaranteed outcomes, not delivery of software, and not a substitute for specialist advice outside the stated scope.
No guaranteed outcomes
Organizational systems change under incomplete information. Aurion does not guarantee that a diagnosis will be accepted, that an intervention will land, or that a preferred commercial result will follow. Validation signals are part of the method precisely because outcomes must be tested against evidence.
Not legal, financial, clinical or regulatory advice
Nothing on this site or in an Aurion engagement constitutes legal, financial, clinical or regulatory advice. Where those judgments are required, retain qualified specialists. Aurion may note gaps that affect organizational decisions; it does not replace those disciplines.
Intellectual property
Site content, method descriptions, diagnostic analyses and ClarityOS references remain the property of Aurion Dynamics or their respective owners. You may not copy, scrape or republish materials for commercial reuse without written permission. Client evidence remains the client’s; engagement deliverables are governed by the engagement agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aurion Dynamics is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of this website or from reliance on published materials alone. Liability for paid engagement work is limited as set out in the relevant agreement.
